How many of us tread the road less travelled?
People stick to their jobs out of compulsion, whether they like it or not. A sense of insecurity envelopes all of us that makes us stick to our jobs like a leach. One of them is me..myself. I dont enjoy the routine job from 10-5, its boring, dull and drab, still I am sticking to it ,it makes me realise how coward I am.
While sitting at the table in the office, I look around and find my colleagues starting the day with same bored look, lethargy and disinterest. Very few are full of enthusiasm. Most of us are just sticking to our jobs because, we dont have the courage to explore the 'road less travelled'. during lunch time or free time everyone has expressed their desire to switch off from their present job to the other one that interests them....but its just a FANTASY.
When I dont have much work, I just go in an imaginary world and find myself painting.. and displaying my art in an art gallery...or..Cooking delicious food and having a small food joint somewhere in the city....or writing short stories and a Novel and launching it with fanfare…or just travelling and sightseeing…I come back in the real world when somebody shouts at me and says…hey…are u meditating?

I know many aspiring people switching of from the jobs they are trained for and doing entirely different thing.

It needs planing and vision, one has to have a clear picture of what one wants to do and why.One has to have confidence and inner strength. I wish I had all this, I too could have done somethng of my own interest.

‘Come….on…, wake up..I have to make a report..’and once again all the dreams get drowned in the oblivion.
